popmynutsy SG as topic, would you rather want 1) christianity, 2) buddhism, 3) or science. seriously, i belive in god. that he is real and all. but christianity like if u dont believe in god, to hell u go. whereas, buddhism is like based on karma. u do good, u go heaven. bad u go hell. science the worst 1. die ready, u are nothing cant think of anyhting no spirit all. i wish buddhism was real. but i dont believe in it.
sillyme SG To some it is To popmynutsy ( sorry to have to address you in such a way ), religion means nothing if its teachings are not put into action. From the Christian point of view, it is not about where you go after death. It is about bringing God into your life. It is about accepting by faith that there is a God, and living the life He intended it to be and living it out now. It is real to me because I am able to experience God in my life right now. I need not wait until I die before I find out if God is real.
popmynutsy SG lets say humans have a life span of 80 years. we live that 80 years, we die, we suffer for 1k years sia if we go hell. but some christians, they use the point of going to heaven through god. which is like, they want u to think u can only go heaven through god. so its like, not what u say, From the Christian point of view, it is not about where you go after death. It is about accepting by faith that there is a God, and living the life He intended it to be and living it out now. they just want to have a place in heaven when they die.

Machiam like your mom going to the market and ask the vege seller whether his vege is fresh or not; or going to the fruit seller and ask if the apple is sweet..... Ah Lau sums it all at the first reply. Christian forum? Can there be any answer. If we say that Christianity, then sure kena slammed for being one sided. If we say something else, then sure kena slammed for not having a stand. so... this is a lose/lose situation. My opinion? No need to germinate lah. Tutup asap.
