my church does not ask people to give 10%.. they even ask this visitor not to give anything.. Even u pay or don’t u between u n God… so the church should not worry so much..

I'm not saying that the other 'churches' are lying to you 100%. Definitely there is some element of good in them, and some aspects Mother Church can learn from them. Just that, how much truth you want to accept and bear, that's all.

IMHO, a proper church is one that has God as the focus. Not me but God. I think this is related to what Skibi is trying to get across.

So when you have God as the focus, you will want to give glory to God. Only God deserves the glory, not us.

So before you do anything, think twice. Can lying give glory to God? Do the ends justify the means?

It is good to reflect what Jesus has done or would have done.

To quote Pope John Paul II,

The ultimate goal of discipleship is glory. The way is one of 'imitating Christ', who lived in love and died for love on the Cross.

Then you can go on to do they also not keep festivals like easter and christmas which are pagan and thus practice idolatry...

To the rest, I think we have condemned enough. Let us be aware of our actions. Good intentioned or not, we must do things the right way, not having to resort to deceiving.
