The church connection is important. If you are well-connected,
it'll solve half (or more) of your logistical problem.
I'd start with a spreadsheet (never underestimate the power of MS
Excel).
First column: List down the things you WANT to happen
during your wedding.
Second column: List down HOW these things are
GOING to happen, ie, who is the best person to do that. Make sure
that the person is willing to help.
Third column: Budget - need money? how much money? can afford
(yes/no)
Fourth column: The date and time of this event, can sort later in
chronological order, so you can monitor the events.
at the end of the day, relax on the big
day....
Or can get someone with this type of connection to help run the
event.
