christian dislikes six-pointed star?

kog SG

i know a five-pointed star pendant as a gift to Christian could be offensive, as five-pointed star is a symbol of paganism. But recently I read that Chrisitan dislikes six-pointed star (star of David) too? May I know the reason for this?

Got such thing meh? It's not a problem for me leh......... Very Happy

By fearing such items, you give these items power over you and your life. If you merely treat their items with no significance and understand that the power of God is supreme, why have issues?

this is a better article than the other one.....

laurence82 SG

Do we have to go into general application of hexagrams in Christian context?

Confused

i thought god is still trying to stop satan becos god hasn't came up with a solution to stop the devil?

pretzel SG

That's rubbish. God is omni-potent and can stop the devil any time he likes. But he doesn't want to do that. Where's the fun in that? He wants to play with the devil and punish all humans who dare disobey him. God is evil.

Five Stars Arising

There's a new moon arising

Out of the stormy sea

Youthful and bright and

Bearing hope, and tranquil as can be

Reach out for the moon above

Savour freedom, truth and love

There's a new moon arising

Out of the stormy sea

There's are five stars arising

Out of the stormy sea

Each is a lamp to guide our way;

A lamp for all to see

Reach out for the stars above

Savour freedom, truth and love

There are five stars arising

Out of the stormy sea

There's a new flag arising

Out of the stormy sea

Crimson as the blood of all mankind

Yet white and pure and free

Reach out for the flag above

Savour freedom, truth and love

There's a new flag arising

Happy and proud are we.

I think that the show uses a five-pointed star (i.e. pentagram).
