Skyfoo, although I do not quite agree with some atheistic
comments (I apologize if I heated some up in any way), I am on your
side regarding this Christian. If you happen to meet a Christian
who preach of ability to get rich after becoming a Christian,
retort and tell him that he sinned for lying. You can add by saying
that no where in his Bible tells about God promising wealth in this
world. Also, tell him that his Bible said that it is very hard for
a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.
I am sure this Christian is extremely keen in evangelizing, but he
has definitely done it in a wrong way.
I am a Christian, baptized two years ago. I do not believe getting
rich after being a Christian. The moment I decided to be a
Christian is because something awful has happened to my life, not
something good, definitely not something rich. Anyway, I believe
that if a Christian is faithful to Him, God will bless him what he
need, not what he want.
