A Muslim is some one who Submits Their Will to God. This Is What Jesus Did and Taught.

Jesus taught to rinse before Praying as Muslims do {John 13:10}

Jesus bowed down in Submission on the Ground to God as Muslims do {Matthew 26:39}

Jesus said, all of You who Submit your will to God, are my true Brothers and Sisters (Mark 3:31-35) as Muslims do

Jesus taught Salvation comes from Submitting your will to God and Faith as Muslims do .

Actually, there is. Theres a famous Muslim saint who was executed by the fanatics for blasphemy after saying, "I am Truth" which implies very hugely "I am God" in Islam. That was in a state of divine union or annihilation where no reality exists except divinity, which runs contrary to some religious law - supposedly reserved only for prophets.

For Muslims, I think we agree thats how we regard those sayings of Jesus as. He is one with God. Manifesting God through himself, uh, not.. uhm.. God himself. Something like that.

Maybe thats where the Christian and Muslim cant reconcile. But I hope you can understand the posture more.

Heya too ben1xy. I feel its irrelevant wether its literal or allegorical now. Because any type bread from God which you've eaten should have transformed you into a generally good and happy person, owing to the life nourishing, heavenly, quality.

Unless that happens, then I doubt you've partook in such kind of a divine feast in the first place, since that'll be hypocritical right?

But if one turns out to be genuinely contented, then one will be proving God's miracle through means of oneself, just like Jesus did, together with the purpose of the bread. I guess.
