any idea which location he will be preaching from? normally this will means the other one will be watching direct broadcast.

last time, Pastor Rony will preach 2 service in Tampines, then the other 2 in Woodlands.
so if Pastor is preaching in Tampines, those in Woodlands will watch tv, and vice versa Smile

M©+square SG

Not wrong.

who is tommy barnett?

Hopefully, no one attends such a talk/preaching/ evangelism. Singapore is going to expand on biological based technologies. With the message that evolution and cloning are wrong, people will balk at Singapore's backwardness. Especially when bio based techs being taught as God's sole preogative. This is just my two cents though. Neutral

Google is your friend. Wink

laoda99 SG

Are u a CK clone?

Saw u quarrel with those in Buddhism forum also....

vince69 SG

Question
bio tech is not about evolution, mutation may be the correct term, and cloning is just one of the subject.
the debate on cloning is more towards the ethics side like what are the guidelines and boundaries.

Rolling Eyes Every single thread is a potential flaming ground

Herzog_Zwei SG

Please don't be so dramatic and no, I am in no way a clone. Lastly, I am not quarreling with anyone in the Buddhism forum, I just asked a question based on science. More often, I just can't stand people who teach intelligent creation rather evolution. I wonder which is more accurate? Experimentally proven facts or the Word of God?

laurence82 SG

plus stem cells research too

Icemoon SG

you think they are worth two cents? I think they are worthless though. Laughing

Icemoon SG

evolution was never experimentally proven.

neutral_onliner SG

Yes u r not quarreling with anyone in the Buddhism forum. U R just seeking ans to clear ur doubts/misconceptions. U R always welcome in Buddhism forum. Cool

vince69 SG

yes, stem cells too... Smile

Herzog_Zwei SG

Not to mentioned Mind Machine Interface, Computer Mind Interface,...etc.

vince69 SG

all these bio techno stuff are best left to the governance of the medical ethic board to debate. one of the main debate (if I am not wrong) is the issues related to ethics, one of them (on stem cells/cloning research) is the rules/laws to protect the identity and privacy of the doner...etc Smile

Herzog_Zwei SG

Duh... Any stem cells or clone have to come from the patient, not from donors, due to cell incompartibility. So technically, there's no privacy to speak of. I am talking of religious bigotism that will definitely come from the forums and talks mentioned.

Herzog_Zwei SG

So you think human lives and their accompanying intangible values are worthless?
