try west coast hawker centre… e coffee shop inside clementi west st 2 also not bad, esp the duck rice….

huh? NUS ah? u can go dover market...nice things to eat....pasir panjang food centre...the renovated one....very nice....lower down haw par villa nia....

the no sign board restaurant oso not bad....BTW thai restaurant oready toh liaoz....now openin new korea bbq...

lower abit, 99 wan there, pasir panjang village lemon grass thai reastaurant oso nice....

fong seng...beside NUS only....nice nasi lemak...but NEVER eat the chompang one...dat one i rather u go all the way to yishun and eat....beside nia....got nice parata...=)

still wanna noe wad?eh....free oso can come my hse eat....haha~ j/k Razz

clementi market ntng nice to eat....so dun go dere.....
clementi west t 2 west coast market got nice chicken rice (the one facing the road) very nice...but abit too oily....
the fish bee hoon (behind the chicken rice..)
the prawn mee....the western food the the one beside the fish bee hoon)...(very popular one) Wink

Well i have no idea how no signboard became clementi area...try the happy chicken stall along the main road near the MRT station...reasonable gd for a change... Laughing

the hokkien mee @ errr clementi central inside the market is good. but it open only after 5 Smile . Try out the satay if u haf chance too. good food. haha Shocked

lived in clementi all my life, know all about the food here.
in clementi central
1) Boon Kee noodles- Central market, nice wantan noodles
2) You tiao etc- beside Boon Kee
3) Fried carrot cake--also in the market, old man with straw hat
4) Nam kee fired noodles--fried prawn noodles, but have to wit damn long
5) Tanglin western food--give the chicken chop a try!
6) Satay--next to Tanglin western food
7) Fried oyster omelette--next to satay stall
Cool Curry puffs---nearer to the toilets
9) Chwee Kway--next to the curry puff stall
10) Tiong Bahru roast pig---this is a new stall, try it out!!
11) Kway Chap--S11 @NTUC, excellent stuff
12) Tenderfresh Western Food--S11 @NTUC
13) Peanut [email protected]
14)Tiong bahru porridge--Teck Hin coffee [email protected]

I also live in clementi and I do have a few fav stalls:

Clementi Ave 2- Hawker Centre
Wanton Noodles...the best

Clementi West St 2-coffee shop beside the hawker centre
char siew and pork rice only $2 a plate
plus a wide variety of double-boiled soups, also $2
so one can have a very decent meal for $4 nett!

I noe Clementi West Ave 2 there got one coffee shop ... their Zhi Cha very nice and cheap ... each dish only 4.80 net, and comes with free dessert ... but service so so only ... and can be quite crowded during weekend dinner hour. Try to avoid that. I think is block 700 something, just along the road side can see liao. Wink

Ai ya ... i just threw the address away few days back Sad ... ok ... you come from Clementi Ave 2, at the junction of west coast road and clementi ave 2 hor, you go straight, then first turning you turn right to go into the car park, and turn left in the car park to park directly behind the coffee shop ... if not hor ... you just go slightly further up ... you can c it liao .... is on your right ... then u go find parking after u c the coffee shop lor ...

some more hor ... the drinks there super cheap and nice ... kopi, tehsi, milo all these hor only 50 cents, can drinks only 80 cents... can't find elsewhere liao Mr. Green
