There are serveral ways to use the Strong's concordence, and
different people use this in different ways.
personally I use this to
1) Find the orginal Hebrew/Greek text,
2) The various other english words/phrase it was being translated
into
3) Where else in the Bible does this word/phrase appears and in
what context.
...etc
on your question, whether people expert in semitic languages and
koine greek, will they still need Strong's Concordences? Its up to
their personal choice, I am definitely not one of them.
