Sometimes....i feel we are just running away from god. U know he
loves u, but u just can't accept the fact that it is such a good
deal; u dun believe that one man's death can actually save the
whole of mankind. U dun believe that u dun even need to do anything
for your salvation, just faith will do.
Actually u can't be blame.......in our world......there is no such
thing as a free lunch. Tat's why we work so hard, sometimes
receiving nothing in the end. And who do we start to blame? God
(even if we dun believe in a god in the first place).
Like what coffeeortea has said, he cannot imagine crediting god for
the hard work and accomplishment he achieved. I would say, we have
become so self-centered that we feel that we do not need god.
But who knows....10/20 yrs down the road...will we be the same?
Will we still think that we do not need god? Very hard to
say....especially when we age and move closer to expiry date, I
think pple will then start to think they need god.
Who's the political leader in WWII? Hitler? Nah....I dun think he
ever give such promises.....

"civilised" ways to crystalize an implicit threat put forth in a
2000-year old book penned by men with a political agenda?
