I think Starhub or Singnet or Pacnet server will assign a new IP each time the person logs in. This is a virtual IP i think if i am not wrong but i am not a computer expert. We have a physical IP on our own computer which is unique i think. Some computer guys pls correct me if i am wrong. Thanks.

But again the problem could be due to other server problems.

yes, you are correct, sometimes Virtual IP do change whenever there is a system reboot, but from what I seen, most of the time, it does not change, unless the user do a IP reset.
There is a more physical address, the Mac Address is hardcoded in the network card of the PC.
