Catholic theology?
The word should be Christian Theology ( remember the heretic test
lah)........Protestants did not exist for the first 1400 years of
Christian history. In fact, Martin Luther did not want to leave the
Catholic Church at all. he merely wanted to reform the Church
because of unholy money making schemes within the Church hierachy.

Catholic belief in the area of Transubstantiation, Immaculate
Conception, and Mary as Mediatrix were recent developments in the
catholic Church which distinguishes the RC from the Protestant. But
we share a common heiritage in doctrine as put forth in the
Apostle's Creed, the Nicene Creed and the Atanasus Creed.
(but alas, the modern independant churches had forgotten their
roots....)_
