for other crimes in turkey. i dun think the current pope wld do that.

Icemoon SG

The current pope can invoke the legal argument of double jeopardy.

edit: I realize I am talking cock .. Confused

Heard he was an agent of the Communists.

But sometimes I can't imagine what if he had been successful.

maggot SG

successful then elect a new pope lah

iveco SG

Who knows, maybe we wouldn't be having the Panzer Cardinal in the hot seat today.

laurence82 SG

It was for an earlier crime he did before shooting John Paul II

Well, law by law...

By the way, is this thread supposed to mock him? Give the guy a break, he served his time, he serves his time, and he is returning to Turkey to serve his time.

A life wasted..sigh

Mother Mary saved the Pope?

Ito_^ SG

God did.

iveco SG

Well, JP2 always claimed Our Lady of Fatima saved him because Agca shot him on her feast day.

If you go to Her shrine in the Portuguese town of Fatima, you can find Agca's bullet in the statue's crown.

Repented John SG

So Mother Mary really saved him? I have heard of people seeing visions of Mary & of course Christ Jesus.
