As i said, this might (i said might, can anyone pls check up) be
a later addition or modification to the tigong concept. This is the
Jade Emperor or Yu Di, the king of the heavenly realm tog with all
the other gods & fairies like sun wukong, guan yin, ne zha, the
four heavenly kings(si da tian wang), Li Jing-father of nezha &
god of the pagoda, beidou xingjun (big dipper god), taishang laojun
with the burning oven for xian dan(immortality pills), the eight
fairies(ba xian guo hai), all buddhas, all bodhisattvas, all
arhats, all lesser gods & fairies w/c i just cant name. Too
many. So do i answer Lawrence82's question?
Bcos in very early days, just altar, slaughtered chickens, fish
etc, incense, banquet etc. Even in TV shows abt sacrifice to god or
God show only a big altar with fire burning in it. Of course u have
the evil emperor who sacrifice his opponents to the fire!
