this is a good one.....
All leaders will have their personal conviction, all the more a
religious leaders. Would it please the world if a religious leader
to appear wishy washy about issues that are controversial to start
with. While political leaders can attempt to spin their political
stance to cater to the different lobby groups, religious leaders
need to have a strong "biblical" stance.
At the end of the day, so what???
The non-Christians will continue to do whatever they want,
The pro-leader Christians will continue to feel that this leader is
the anointed one,
The anti-leader Christians will do their own thing on the said
issue.
Hey, personally, I am a self-declared homophobic but because I am a
small fry in the big ocean, I don't need to declare my
convictions.
