since this is a food topic,
fyi, japanese seldom or dont take salmon at all,
they perfer tuna...cos they think salmon is 'dirty' and unhygienic
as its taken out in the river, while tuna can be found in the deep
sea.
thats what my friend told me, he worked in a japanese restaurant
and the japs there dont order salmon, only singaporeans AHHA
