The most important thing a Christian must do, is to learn how to
pray. Good for you, since you are so willing to learn.
1) Make it a habit to pray everyday. It doesn't take up much of
your time. Perhaps when you wake up or before you sleep. You can
pray anywhere. On the bus, at school, anywhere and anytime.
2) Say your grace before meals:
Bless us O Lord,
and these Thy gifts,
which we are about to recieve from Thy bounty.
This we pray through Christ our Lord,
Amen.
and after:
Bless us O Lord,
and these Thy gifts,
which we have recieved from Thy bounty.
This we pray through Christ our Lord,
Amen.
Of course, it's good to come up with your own prayers if you
can.
3) I pray before my sleep mostly, trying to get into the habit of
morning prayers. I thank God for the day in my night prayers. I
also pray for those who need it.
