ben1xy SG its time for some inter-denomination dialogue in many European countries and in Australia Catholics have something called the Finall call mass. its the final mass for the week and its conducted at night. usually 10:30 pm during the mass ... the church will be totally dark and only lit with candles. it's a really edifying experience and u can feel the sacredness of the Church. do drop by a church when u r in Europe or Australia!
jnwk SG I think different churches have different kind of worship ba. I remain neutral. I don't know what kind of worship is considered correct. But I feel uncomfortable with those jamming and REAL loud P & W, though.
ben1xy SG yup! everyone has his way of worshipping. but seriously at least when the youths are jamming they are having fun ... and worshipping the Lord too. at least it keeps them off the streets i guess. for me .. i like serenity ... i like popping by quiet churches and juz basking there for a while.... it really rejuvenates me... i sound so old eh??!!

ben1xy SG definately not give them time though ... they'll understand. i remember i found church a drag when i was younger... but now .. i love attending mass so much different spiritual stages i guess
Honeybunz SG Aiyah! It's a pity. I didn't hear about it when I was in Australia in January. Could have gone for this with a Catholic honeymooners that I met in the tour.

ben1xy SG no lah .. for Asians ... weekends nia ... although the real aussies (ang mo) they can cheong everyday .. amazing. i have a friend that drank 48 cans of beer!! i was gunning 50 .. but in the end cannot tahan. their alcohol consmption is the 2nd highest in the world... amazing i tell u must strike a balance i guess
