Ya acts centre is a daughter church from st andrews,even the
people in charge of it also come from st andrews,pastor ng khoon
sheng,louis etc….so its not a split but rather something like an
expansion,but anyway if u been to both services,u will noe that
they practice diff stuff like the songs for eg.more modern in the
acts centre so maybe to cater to diff ppl i guess.
