the Bear SG listening to a downloaded album.. "Rock Chicks " reminded of a lot of songs from the past... Tell It To My Heart - Taylor Dayne Love Resurrection - Alison Moyet You Keep Me Hanging On - Kim Wilde Damn! I Wish I Was Your Lover - Sophie B Hawkins Love & Affection - Joan Armatrading Heart and Soul - T'Pau i like these and they were from the late 80's to the early 90's
skinnybeanie SG i remembered Tell It to My Heart have always liked the songs from 80s better. Retro rocks!
the Bear SG 80's in there is Alison Moyet.. one half of early 80's duo Yazoo... lost their Upstairs at Eric's album.. it was good... my fave from that era is Frankie Goes To Hollywood's Welcome To The Pleasuredome.. that was something else!
skinnybeanie SG i remember the group FGTH, but can't really remember their songs.. i used to like Spandau Ballet
the Bear SG FGTH - Relax, Welcome To The Pleasuredome, Two Tribes and BIG hair... HUGE hair! and with some of the bands, lotsa makeup.. even the men
the Bear SG Duran Duran their music videos helped MTV become what it is today... their albums didn't sell where MTV didn't reach and sold like hotcakes where MTV did.. the music execs saw $$$ and thus MTV is what it is today
the Bear SG damn.. someone in the neighbourhood is cooking crab... can smell it.. HUNGRY!! Clarence... uhh.. i think i remember a Far Side comic about that... i'll attempt a search..
the Bear SG hey.. everyone take care when going home? it's raining in the clementi area so other places may be wet too..
