ta pao saves time lor..
i took a packaged tour to beijing..
boy, the chinese sure consume their meals fast.. in 20mins, off they go to board the bus.. no time to relax.. but the guide was good in filling up interesting background to the sites we went.. other than that, i still prefer free and easy Smile

indo mee extra pedas was my fav quick fix meal during uni (reminisce and salivating....) u still can throw extra chilli padi some more.... Shocked

heard that it's good since it is low impact. And the support the water provides makes it almost impossible to sustain any injury.

Another recommended exercise is walking.
But my colleagues in the office say "aiyo, dun walk here walk there ah. must rest more.. walk too much wait get cramps or swollen ankles ah" Confused

But me & puka prefers free and easy. I like it cuz the fun starts way before even taking the flight and i've got more flexibility while travelling.
We did lots homework for our Aussie trip and it paid off very well Very Happy

yea yea ! but i've already plan my holidays for the next few years!
i wanna go bangkok next jan...
then hopefully by mid year i will go taipei... then if i manage to save alot, i will go usa by end of next year.. if not then have to wait for 2006 le...
then will go travel to nearer countries btw 2007 - 2013. By 30 i wanna go Venice.

i know my fren hor, tat time was she carrying her first kid la, first time mom. then ah she everyday walk to walk .. ard 45mins walk then hor, she tell me whenshe gave birth ah, POOP! the baby come out liao... say till like easier than shitting like tat leh
