the Bear SG oh dear... not sure how your place works... i offer my name and ask them to complain against me following policies and the law.. there are actually name-droppers where i work too... doesn't help my "career advancement" if the idiots were telling the truth because i am as terrible or nice or just plain evil to them as the average joe anyway, i wonder if you can talk to your big boss about the incident.. if your big boss is upright, that guy is in for a telling-off
