What's the Charities Week? Some sort of combined fund raising?

M SG

i dun hab ps2, but when i do i won't know where all my time goes. Twisted Evil

KittynMeow SG

something like that.... censors will tell the distributors "ok.. you can release this film under this rating..." and distributors on learning the scenes that warrant that rating will have to make the call....

Yup.. me bitter abt schindler's list too... and there was some disagreement during that time I remember abt the cuts and the director's insistence to keep the film whole... same thing with Saving Private Ryan....

sillyme SG

they went to strip joint mah (live action also)

M SG

right on, spielberg fumed and wouldn't yield to cut the 'butt in shower room' for the geniuses who thought it's offensive. Rolling Eyes
hey i found a bitter buddy! Mr. Green

M SG

After oscars i only found it showing in lido at one timeslot..

sillyme SG

unlike cathay, they screen movies like 'city of god' 'raising victor vargas' for weeks!..

I finally watched Love Actually RA version. Smile v Good show overall.. sweet, funny... but abit mush overload and too airy fairy

KittynMeow SG

well.. it was developed with a particular season of the year in mind.. kekeke Mr. Green

choco B SG

LOL you're right. It felt abit warped with the Xmas scenes at the beginning.

the Bear SG

awake now Razz

who wants Lost in Translation on DivX? Twisted Evil

i am EVIL

KittynMeow SG

i felt that largest amount of mush was the story with Kiera Knightley... where her hubby's best fren showed up at the door and mimed his confession to her... wah... really mush but also touching until want to Crying or Very sad

KittynMeow SG

tough to imagine that... kekee Mr. Green

the Bear SG

fits into 1 CD, watch on your PC.. pretty clear!

KittynMeow SG

nah... not really interested....

for now I ban myself from walking into HMV... everytime go inside will come out with a few DVDs and end up spending $200 bux... Confused

the Bear SG

i just did that at Gramophone the other day... got John Coltrane's A Love Supreme (remastered and all that with a live recording), the whole season of The Critic, and seasons 2 & 3 of The Simpsons Smile

choco B SG

I think the one about the president and the tea lady was the worst! Total fairy tale. But I like the couple though hehehe.

KittynMeow SG

agree... that one too fairy tale already.... and throughout i couldn't stop laughing that they've got a tony blair lookalike to act as the sleazy american president... kakakaka.....

choco B SG

Billy Bob Thornton does not look like Tony Blair Confused

M SG
