guys, what do you think of this book? cause i am planning to start on it soon…...

I am currently going through this book now. Can't remember the author's name.. but i assume its the same one (brown and beige cover with a picture of a pine tree right?)

Its quite similar to the 'everyday with jesus' format in terms of format... I guess its a good book for new christians and provides some foundations for christian living.

Some other authors you may wish to try are those by philip yancy or neil anderson or C S Lewis. I quite like philip yancy's books as he being an ex-journalist, is very analytical and logical in his content. (And I picked up alot of trivia knowledge as well. Mr. Green )

Heard it's a very good book. It is divided into forty days of lessons so you can do it as your Daily Bread.
There seems to be other titles by the same author, I've heard of "The purpose driven youth ministry" too.. But can't seems to find it in the bookstores. Even Tecman dun carry it..

the library in SBC is quite a good resource for those of u who wanna do study on books of the bible. It's located along Adam Road..near to TCC.

yeah, only part i cannot go into is the special research department, the room is only lock and only all who are PHD level or major in one particular subject…........heard the books inside there are super cutting edge, so not suitable for those not power in knowledge…...

It's similiar to Purpose Driven Church.

I have not read it personally..but church preaches thru the book so it's quite good.

Very Fundamental and basic truths.
Good for devotion....
But my personal favorite is still Oswald Chambers.
