because people are too afraid to vote differently..
i have always said that if i could not trust the incumbent, and i
cannot trust the opposition idiot either, i'm spoiling my vote on
purpose...
imagine what kind of alarm bells would go off if, say 30% to 40% of
the votes were deliberately spoilt!
