the Bear SG and i had to pass out from sleep deprivation... was there for the beginning of the skirmishes only.. then fatigue hit me and i had to crash... i see most of the napalm has settled...
KittynMeow SG hehe... i missed most of the battle too... was busy handling an event in the company... why do I always miss out the good and exciting parts?? was pretty glad i din miss anything last nite watching LOTR though... kekekekeke...... Eowyn: "I'm no man" ..... and she sticks the sword into the ghoul's helmet!! woohoo!!! Gal power!!!
the Bear SG cool movie isn't it? kinda put off coz this dude behind me was belching the whole movie... worse still, those whom i went with, thought i was the one belching but got a snazzy pack of cards at the concession stand
KittynMeow SG hehehe... i dun want cards... i want the extended version of all 3 movies!!!!! best make of a fantasy into a movie so far.... yipee!!!!!!!!!!!!
KittynMeow SG I already saw the extended versions of the first two out in the stores and boy am I tempted..... think its abt time i get my books back from my friend and read the whole series again.....
the Bear SG so was i especially when they came with little toys and stuff.. i think the giant box-set of DVDs will be bloody dear... oh well.. start to save up now
sillyme SG i'd still wait for them to be released as a trilogy box set... the extended versions of 1 and 2 havebeen early this year.. resisted the temptation to buy them so far
KittynMeow SG oh yah... definitely... and i was actually looking for that set of books that was published years ago but with the covers on which the movie based its image for the characters on..... forgot who's the publisher.....
KittynMeow SG I had the whole set but lent it to a fren (more like ex-bf) and now a bit reluctant to contact the person to ask for it back.... hmm... was hoping to find another set and buy it to replace that set.... nope din read Dune....
the Bear SG i think i'm in the same position as you with my Dune series as in, most of them are at her place... and i don't wanna call her.. and i don't even know if she's in singapore anymore... but what the heck? maybe go buy the whole series again still, having one of the 6 original series is a pain Dune? i think it's actually a better read than Tolkien..
