finally back after seeing a doctor regarding my back ache problems..

felt so much better after a body massage hehe Mr. Green

i also got backache due to wrong siting posture. Confused

every1 dun like to b sick Wink back ache is kinda serious...muz take care else spine got some problem Confused

yah man.. have 2 be more careful nw..

must make sure u sit straight n no slouching...

i got shoulder slight misalignment due to carry too heavy things on 1side of the hand Neutral

swimming is a good exercise for those with back problems…. helps to correct posture too…

where do you go for the massage?
