can i assure you, that you are not alone. did personality test with hubby and we are almost opposite, save for one area. but each day we discover how different we are. for me, learning to see that my way is not the only nor the best. accepting him for who he is..

eg. my hubby needs to learn things hard way, only if he scalds his hand then he will realise it's hot. for me, i pre-empt and to avoid. so i wonder why he allow certain things to happen... but i realise that it's makes him more adventurous and optimistic too... that i have to learn from him.

hmmm... for me, i will be thankful if love is the ONLY thing holding my marriage together, rather than the ONLY thing being the piece of marriage cert.

Marriage is never an easy journey. How can a union of 2 imperfect humans be perfect?
I do know sometimes the journey gets tiresome and one might feel that he/she is the only party who keeps giving and giving. But dun give up on love, cuz i still think, love is the greatest thing on earth.

By the way, are you a Christian?

it's just different way we approach matters. my hubby and i learn to be more aware of our own and the other person's preferences. sometimes, he does more giving in... ok, much much more. i appreciate that. that's one thing about guys. they are so giving.

for example, i realise that my hubby responds when i give him a reason. so i help him understand why certain things to be done in a certain way and if it's logical and reasonable, he'll accept it.

what's the area of potential conflict?

Razz a tad late but..

WC3 is RTS with RPG elements.. for the campaign, if you start clean, it'd begin from humans, then undead or orc (forgot the order) and it'll end with elves if i recall correctly..
you'll be playin all races in through a single storyline.
The multis are quite fun.. variation to the game, instead of the same ol' build and conquer, there are mods to it.

the thing is, his idea of what is right and what is wrong is totally weird and wired wrongly.. i actually consulted my close frens, they said logically i am correct...and he still doesnt admit to his mistakes!! and when he apologizes, it's not becos he learnt his mistake, it's becos he doesnt wanna go on fighting.
