eac SG Now, so long as you never complete/ pass BMT, your NS rank will forever be stuck at Recruit. So if you don't recourse BMT during NSF time, you will even ORD as a Recruit to be REC (NS).

Phyllanthus SG @TS, if you are keen to go for BMT recourse, you can look for your Fleet Manager, who can help you by requesting next available BMT recourse from Manpower Branch. That is provided that you are granted medically fit from medical officer.
