PES F: Find Job, Boss Ask Why I No Do NS,How? Appeal Up PES?

I have a weakness in my upper limbs and was given a Pes F but I feel like appealing for an up PES because I heard there are alot of disadvantages of people with PES F. Can someone enlighten me if im doing the right thing?

You may request a hospital specialist to write you a memo to be fit enough for PES E for a clerical vocation in NS, that is an office clerk, officially known as Administrative Support Assistant.

Completion of NS will be given a Certificate of Service (COS) to show a potential work employer during job interview.
