My advice is don't anyhow put soap. Some soap is too strong and
will damage your wipers, and worse, damage your paintwork. There
are solutions that are meant for such purposes, and I don't think
they cost much. 
The cap is the plastic one with a wipers symbol on it. It's usually
close to the edge of the engine compartment.
