Hi, I enlisted into NS as a combat-fit PES B soldier.
But, I was OOC from BMT and downgraded to Temp PES C2L2.
After that, I was posted from Pulau Tekong to my NS unit.
I waited for 1 year before Medical Board further downgraded me to
PES E1L9.
Throughout this time, my rank stays at Recruit since I did not
completed a BMT course.
Now that I am a PES E soldier, am I able to promote up the rank
progessively?
Who should I go look for? Chief Clerk? My Officer-in-Charge (OIC)
of me?

CPL = 12 months from DOE + IPPT Pass
Non-combat-fit (PES C/
E)
LCP = 8 months from DOE
CPL = 15 months from DOE
