What kind of food u want?
Can try taking a course at Raffles International. It's Nitec in
Culinary Skills, western. It's a earn as u learn thing.
Duration 2 yrs, there's off the job training and on the job
training. I guess they will give u allowance for the on the job
training at different hotels.
U will learn basic food preparation, soups, meat, fish, seafood,
baked food, buffets, service quality etc.....
course fee ard $4200.
If u are the top 10% of the cohort, raffles will have a career
waiting for u at one of their hotels (eg, swissotel westin, raffles
hotel) & resorts.
Good Luck!
