OOC: Direct Help @ S1 Branch Manpower Officer/ Chief Clerk?

Dear all,

I’ve just been officially ooc from my course due to medical reason and I’m just stuck in a limbo while waiting for cpc to get back to me for my posting for a few months already.

Here are my questions,

1. How long do I have to wait for the cpc to give me my posting order and how do I actually go check on my posting? ns.sg?

2. Does the cmpb test that we took during pre-enlistment check up plays a part in determining which posting you get and where you will be going?

3. Does a ooc guy with a command school background determine what and where he will be posted?

I will really appreciate it if anyone of you guys can provide me with some advice with regards to my situation right now. Thank you very much.

Answer 1: Wait long long. They will arrange. Depending on vacancies. The clerk will look around their unit to see if there is a place for you. It can take a few days to a few months. It depends on the pes status also.

Answer 2: No.

Answer 3: No.

If you already hold a SGT rank then you will be posted to a spec position.

I'm doing saikang work everyday, getting arrowed here and there to do work which others don't wish to do. Damn.

I was also an OOC. I myself own self act smart kei-kiang smart aleck go bypassed/ skipped proper Chain of Command to call directly HQ MINDEF HR demanding for a transfer since I can't take it anymore. The officer there told me that I would get my transfer posting order in a few days, and thereafter, some office politics email war began shooting arrows between HQ HR and my camp unit S1 manpower branch.

Then somehow or rather, I got "stabbed in the back".

The warrant officer and OC charged me for bypassing the proper Chain of Command.
