Charges I dunno yet leh...it all depends on how many people wun 2
join! The more ppl, the cheaper the cost coz I got to but the same
amount of stuff!
Aiyah, cost can discuss, but somewhere between 50 - 80 per person
which includes ingredients.
Ideally, we should start on the basics - ingredients, where to get
them, sauces etc since Italian cooking not really familiar to many
locals. After that then we go on to the actual dishes. The focus
will be on PASTA. If got special request for western dishes, can
discuss B4 hand.
Maybe total of 4 lessons - 4 dishes including basics...structure of
lessons can discuss on what U all prefer.
