Yes, it is true that cats are over-populating, and sometimes,
dogs especially in construction areas etc.
SG so organised and structured society meh...cannot let ANY
creature anyhow populate...
Dat's whay last time got 'STOP-AT-TWO' campaign; then in mid-80,
got If-U-R-Highly-educated, PRODUCE MORE BABIES-N-WE-WILL-REWARD-U'
campaign becoz earlier stop at two campaign too effective!
Now oso got all sorts of 'family-oriented, U-MUST-HAVE-PARTNER or
YOUR-OWN-FAMILY if not you are a sad, lonely destined for misery of
a lifetime of emptiness' campaign becoz SG so competitive and ppl
must work like crazy to build a better life so haf no quality time
for real relationships, then when girls finally ok in careers, too
old to attract guys or too ld to have babies!!!!!!

Aniway, U didn't tick me off per se, but like I said, it may have
been my over-reaction to your blibical quote.
Had too many encounters of ppl quoting scripture to me in life, or
anihow quote quote quote quote quote quotw without looking at the
BIGGER picture or just to fufill their own desires/goals eben if
they were disguised as being well-meant!
Very few 'evengalist' here really want to get involved in peoples'
REAL lives, their problems etc. Just anyhow say say and blindly
believe like they want to help, and feel good about themselves that
they are (HERE AHH, I USE QUOTE TACTIC 2 SHOW U HOW IT IS EMPLOYED
TO FUFILL ONE'S ENDS) "Fishes of men"!
When real problems/ugliness of life come out, they run
away!!!
