Hi I have currently been OOC 3 weeks ago and I am trying very
hard to go for recourse. I am reccommended for recourse by PC but
the problem is that there is very little time for me to do many
things (clear medical review, go for heat acclimiatisation
programme).
Has anyone been through the recourse programme and is able to
give advise?
