U won't get a recourse - the 24 months is not sufficient to do
that efficiently.
They will post you out...as and when CMPB decides. Its not for
the unit to decide.
Sometimes can take weeks/months - depending on the army's needs.
They can't post you to places that are already filled.
Just be patient and wait....
