Missed CMPB Checkup Appt! Call 1800-3676767 ReSchedule ASAP?

Ok I have to set a date for an apointment for medical check-up for NS, But than I received the letter late after the expiry date of the booking( 19 JUN 2012). I received the letter abit late is because I have moved to Johor Bahru, Then my address was change to my aunty house so my father who pick the letter from my aunty house today ( 20 JUN 2012 ). I'm really scared about the terms & conditions. can anybody help me ? what should I do ?

Yes, please call the 24-hour NS hotline 1800-3676767 to re-schedule.

The NS hotline is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week / round-the-clock service

thank you so much, you have save me. I don't know what to say say already I wated to cry because of this stupid mistake I don't want to end-up inprisonment, THAK YOU SO MUCH. btw can I contact it tomorrow ? because now i'm in johor bahru.

btw what I mean was I havent booked it in the NS portal, than just now I when to the portal to give it a try ( try luck ) this is what I do: i click on "Enquiry / Change Of Medical Examination date" then it tell me this " Before you can place a booking for a medical examination date, please complete the other items in Pre-enlistment Documentation. " Then I click on " Pre-enlistment Documentation it says this "

Dear Mr IQRAMULLAH BIN MD SALLEH(S944XXXXJ),
You are only allowed to register online within the online exercise period as stipulated in the registration letter.

but I have defer my NS on Febuary 2012, By the way what does it mean ? I still can't figure it out.
