When u downgraded, by right the unit should do reposting. If ur
current vocation can fit into the current pes status, you will stay
in the unit. Even if it does. You can still ask the MO to request
for reposting.
Ask indirectly, say ur boss ask u to carry this and this (1
litre drinking water bottle), so it hurt your back, therefore u
need to rest at home. Ask for reposting or post out. It is true
that u can hurt ur back and getting attend C all the time. Ask for
perm solution. Get the MO to say something. They know how to follow
up. It is all about adminstration.
