If Lost Items Sign Form 1206, Then Lost Forms Sign What/How?

I've been wondering, if you misplaced an item, you sign SAF1206.

What if you misplace forms? If i'm not wrong, these forms are not classified into 'Restricted','Confidential', etc.

then take another fresh new piece of form?

Oh. That's simple. Thanks for clearing my doubts.
