If you're a pre-enlistee, get a specialist letter and give it to
the MO during your pre-enlistment checkup.
If you're already an NSF, get a referral from your MO to a
specialist, then submit the letter to the medical board for
review.
Whether or not you do get downgraded is not for anyone in
sgforums to speculate on.
