FJrule SG first.. the chilli.. muz be hot plus a lil' sweet n tasty second.. the ikan bilis must be super crispy third.. the rice must have the coconut fragance
caramelgal SG i think rice and chilli both very important!! but if only this two item stands out then the nasi lemak not so good liao.what's good nasi lemak if only one or two items are good only.i rather eat an average all rounded pack of nasi lemak than to eat a pack with only the chili and ikan billis good.
edLow SG yeah. agree with u 100% Another thing to note...... the food muststill be served warm.. Try a few so called best nasi lemak stall in sg.. but sometime the food they serve arent tat warm liao.. Anyway my list of good nasi lemak stall.
