Hi TS,
How are your grades? Do you have a high chance of making it to
university?
If you do, go for a degree first. The pay difference and the
career pathway for degree holders is very different from a A lvl,
diploma holder.
As a poly grad, it is not 100% certain that you can end up on
the officer track. You may suay suay kena the specialist track,
where the pay is much lower than that of the officer scheme.
Also, your education level also plays an important role in
determining your pay. the difference in starting pay between a dip
and a degree could be over $1000 or more, and this gap widens
progressively as you go through the ranks.
