Sorry for hijacking the thread but I wanna ask this question as
well, what are you guys experiences in asking hospital specialists
to write stuff? Do some of them actually let you dictate what they
write in the memo?
In specialist memo, the doctor only write down the medical
diagnoisis. (a one line infor). This is a memo can be used for
insurances, job application and SAF.
He can give an official MC separately, such as excuse heavy load
for half a year. This is more like for labor job (eg.construction
worker) rarer than SAF.
Blood test, radiography reports and more may be attached.
They dont really advise on downgrading, unless they are medical
board chairman themselves. Cose, the senior doctors actually has
their roles in SAF as well.
The patient must tell them what they do in SAF, so that the
appropriate MC can be given.
