ORD: Tekong BMT Instructors/Staff after ORD Post to NS Unit?

although have been ord for 1yr+ but still have some question about tekong spec

1. Why do their attitude change after posting in to tekong as a BMTC instructor after their sispec?

2. heard that their bunk is a 2 man bunk? is it true?

3. do they suffer in reservist since they are infantry spec but have no infantry skill? do they still treat their man as recruit in reservist?

you mean basic rifleman also got 3SG? i thought rifleman all is from private rank to CFC rank? 3SG onwards shld be sect comd right?
