What's the big deal of being a 3SG? I had long ORD and when I went back to my unit for my ICTs, all NS men regardless of ranks be it LTA, 1 SG, 2 SG or 3SG treated one another like outside friends. Ranks became sort of insignificant when we become NS men. I can't understand why your friend has to behave in this manner!

If your friend wishes to behave this way, let him be and drop him as a friend but do remember to keep his contact number so you can hear for yourself how his reservist company treats him when he goes back to serve his ICT! I think everyone will leave him alone(PC and Specialists included) and not talk to him. He will be damn lonely then! That is if his attitude remains the same!
