ORD: Sign Clearance Form, Lost 11B Card, Make New Card =$30?

Xxxxx I lost my 11b and I’m supposed to ORD tmr.. So yeah must I make the 15 A right before I go do clearance? Or anyone hv ideas? Thanks

I think a police report should be good enough. Anyway they cannot hold u back from ord.
