Tried to. But got a few guy always MC here and there. Plus we've
got many many other things to do beside just planning roster you
know. It's not easy for the man, also not easy for the commander.
You can't please everyone. Though i tried to fight for offdays for
those who did extra duty.
when a person is really sick, you cannot force.
when i was still in active service that time, this NSF officer
and a regular platoon sergeant forced a corporal came back to do
night duties when he was on MC from a GP neighbourhood clinic. in
the end, really end up this sick person fainted when doing night
duty somewhere in camp and admitted to a couple of days in
hospital.
because of this matter solely, the PC and PS got questioned. in the
end, both the NSF officer and regular sergeant got SOL, followed by
the officer ORD at 2LT rank and the platoon sergeant got suspension
from work for a couple of weeks, and then got stuck at 2SG rank and
never get his 2nd contract for the WO rank.
