IPPT: Window is Closing, How? If No Book = Charged & Fine $?

Hey guys,

Summary: IPPT window about to close, was working overseas for the past 6 months, so i've missed my IPT window too.

If I have 0 attempts for IPPT when my window closes, will i automatically be in for RT?

Won't get into trouble for defaulting the IPPT at all right?

of course ur automatically in for RT AFTER you have been CHARGED AND PAID FINE , should u never attempt IPPT at all.

Why give yaself all the unnecessary trouble, just go and take IPPT once and flunk it if u want to.
